Group litter picking

We run friendly group litter picks most weekends throughout the year. These are a great way to try out litter picking, meet like-minded people and get some exercise! 

We provide all of the equipment needed but please dress in case you get dirty. Sturdy shoes and good gardening gloves are also recommended. See our upcoming Events. 

There’s no need to sign up in advance, just check out our event and meet us at the start point.  

Through our active Facebook page you can also find links to litter picks run by local groups including: Bretton, Hampton, Dogsthorpe, PE4, Ortons and Woodston.

 

Solo litter picking 

We love that so many people look after their streets and communities. If you prefer to womble solo, please see our FAQ's for information on how to order bags, recommended equipment, how to arrange collections etc. 

Please do share your efforts on our Facebook page - this has proved a great way for people to connect and join forces in their local areas and seeing how many people care and do their bit, large or small, helps to build momentum towards a cleaner city.

Corporate litter picks

We regularly host litter picks for companies and other organisations. We are hugely grateful to those organisations that have worked with us including: RSA Insurance, Co-op, Iris Software, Natwest, HSBC, Caterpillar/Perkins and Anglian Water. In 2023 almost 100 employees from RSA Insurance completed 14 litter picks and collected 559 bags of rubbish, a great achievement by all involved.
